apologies and more work

i apologize for no pictures recently but it would take ten years to do it at home, it is blocked at karrie's house, and i keep forgetting when i go to dad's. it is on the list for thursday.

plus working all the time is not much fun. i started at the greenhouse. i am a lowly cashier and it is fairly easy - just have to learn all the lingo with the pots and plants. everyone is really nice though. some of the carry out boys are shocked that they are working with a teacher (they are high school aged) and didn't think that teachers were real people. funny. they are being very accomodating to my schedule and fitting me in when i have free days - which means i get no free days anymore. work work work. but as bill pointed out i am taking a week's vacation this weekend (to PA and NY with hot mel for a wedding). then back to work work work and then back to PA for another wedding. so considering that weekends are their busiest times and i am missing two of them i really can't complain. plus working is good for me - just making it hard to run. yesterday i ran 2.5 miles before i went to work. good for me.

i am subbing spanish today. it is boring. we are watching ice age in english with spanish subtitles. i get to watch it three times. yay. mostly i am doing crowd control, keeping them quiet, keeping them awake, and keeping them off their phones. and of course there is no assignment to go with the movie. just watch it in english. (rolling my eyes and shaking my head).
