Chemistry is going really well. We did our first lab today and with the threat of not doing any more labs, they behaved perfectly and nothing was broken. More work for me to come up with labs - bc I never really did them before because the students could handle it, but it could be fun.
Marine Ecology is going well too. We are having fun and they are learning me. We havent really gotten into too much marine stuff yet, but we are progressing. In fourth period we are working on being quiet and in first period we are answering lots of questions because right now we have a lot of time!
And highschoolers still live stickers - especially Batman.
Ecology in Action
Dan asked a student if he had taken an ecology class, and when the boy said yes, asked the young man if he knew what that girl's clothing coloration meant. the boy answered slowly, 'she's wearing warning colors.' dan told the boy he ought to be careful with that one. HAHA
